Missing man
Police are searching for Abu Ubaida Atieque, 21, who was last seen in the Neilson Road and Sheppard Avenue East area on Nov. 18. He is described as white, 5-foot-7, weighs 165 pounds and was wearing a black jacket, black pants and brown shoes. Call Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS.
Suspicious drivers around public schools
Toronto Police Services have been investigating several incidents involving suspicious drivers around public schools in the south end of Scarborough. The drivers would reportedly park near schools for a long period of time and get out of the vehicles to follow students going home. Officials say parents should talk to their children and enforce the importance of not getting into a car with a stranger. Call Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS.
Woman struck by car
Police are searching for witnesses to an incident on Nov. 18 that saw a woman who was crossing a street near the Ellesmere Road and Deep Dene Drive area struck by a car traveling eastbound on Nov.18. The Pixels for Pistols program has extended its closing date to Dec 1. Individuals can trade in a firearm for a Nikon Coolpix camera from Henry’s.
