Toronto cop arrested for providing fake documents

A Toronto Police Service officer has been arrested and charged for providing fraudulent documents when applying for a mortgage.

Constable Abdullah Khalid, 29, a member of 43 Division, has served one year with the Toronto force.

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Tuesday, August 31, in room 111, at 11 a.m.
