Robbery at CIBC branch

Toronto police are seeking the public’s assistance with a robbery that took place Monday, Feb. 4, at 11:50 a.m. A man entered the CIBC branch located at the corner of Eglinton Avenue and Lebovic Avenue, approached the teller and made a written demand for cash. The teller cooperated.

“The man fled before police arrived. We are asking anybody who may recognize the suspect through his description to contact the police,” Const. Wendy Drummond said.
