A man appeared in court on March 30, charged with the attempted murder of Andrew Robotham, 32.
Police arrived at The Spin Cat Club after reports of gunshots near Isabella and Yonge street.
Robotham was pronounced dead at hospital with a gunshot wound to his head.
Three other victims were taken to hospital, two with gunshot wounds and one with cuts from broken glass.
Derek Wayne Brown, 42, was arrested on March 29 and charged with first degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.
