Etobicoke reacts to Rob Ford quitting his mayoral campaign

Rob Ford´s resignation from the mayoralty campaign Friday created ripples in Toronto, and the effects could be sensed particularly in Etobicoke, one of Ford´s traditional bastions.

We talked with some of the residents of the area, who voiced their thoughts about Rob Ford withdrawing for health reasons, and the entry of Doug Ford as the new contender for the October 27 municipal elections.

“He could do even better that Rob”: Ken McDonald from Etobicoke wasn´t aware of Rob Ford quitting the mayoral race, but declare his support for Doug Ford.
