Police have released photos from a surveillance video of man wanted for theft in the Danforth GO Train Station.

The man is sought for allegedly ripping a gold chain from the neck of a 42-year-old man on Friday, Aug. 29 in the station.

The suspect then fled the scene.

He is described as 5-foot-8, having a thin build and having a large tattoo on his left arm. On the day of the crime he was seen wearing grey running shoes, dark shorts, white T-shirt with a logo and a grey-and-white Blue Jays hat.

The suspect is believed to be between 19 to 24 years old.
