Toronto man faces 3 charges in home invasion, two suspects still at large

Toronto man charged with robbery and assault-related charges following west end home invasion

A Toronto man is facing three charges in connection with a home invasion in the Jane Street and Dundas Street West area on Tuesday.

Police were called to an apartment at Woolner Avenue and Jane Street just before 10:30 p.m. where they found the occupant with non-life threatening injuries.

It is alleged that three armed masked men entered the apartment. Once inside, they pistol-whipped the occupant, took his personal property and left.

Vladimir Hussain-Marca, 19, of Toronto has been arrested. He is facing three charges for armed robbery while armed with a firearm, disguise with intent and assault with a weapon.

Police are still searching for two other suspects believed to be involved in this home invasion. No descriptions are available at this time.
