Toronto Police release image of man wanted for assault

Police warn that the man is considered violent and dangerous

Suspect wanted for assault in the area of Finch Ave. W. and Yonge St.  Toronto Police

The Toronto Police are asking for the publics assistance in an ongoing assault investigation in the Finch Ave. W. and Yonge St. area.

A report states that on Oct. 19, two men age 21 and 28 were ordering food in a store in the area around 9:25 p.m. when another man walked into the store and ordered food.

Police say that the man then became angry, and assaulted the men, punching them both in the face.

The suspect is described as black with short dark hair. He is between the age of 30 and 35, around 5’3 and 165 lbs. At the time of the assault, he was wearing a white coat, with grey pants and white shoes. He was also carrying two white bags.

Police urge the public to call 9-1-1 if they see this man, and not to approach him, because he is considered violent and dangerous.
