Man arrested for child luring and weapons offences

A man was arrested yesterday in a child exploitation investigation regarding events that allegedly took place in October 2014.

Police charged a 33-year-old who they say arranged and procured to commit a sexual offence against a child.

The man used several online identities to communicate with several individuals via social media, in order to obtain sexual contact with children, police said.

The man supposedly offered to pay money to a 14-year-old  for sexual purposes.
