Man, teen charged with attempted murder after robbery

Three arrests made for robbery and assault near Kensington Market last August

Three people were arrested Sunday in connection with a robbery and assault last summer and two of them face attempted murder charges.

The charges stem from an incident on Aug. 4, 2014, when an 18-year-old man was pulled into an alleyway near Spadina Avenue and College Street and brutally assaulted and robbed, police say.

Feyzullah Cetin, 19, and an 18-year-old, who cannot be named as he was underage at the time of the crime, have been charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit an Indictable offense, assault causing bodily harm, robbery, aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

Dominik Rezi, 19, is facing charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit an Indictable offense.
