The Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre at the University of Toronto Scarborough is set to host athletes in a number of sports, including swimming, rock climbing, basketball, track and field, and more. Alek Kamakaris/Toronto Observer

The Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre (TPASC) at UTSC facility, which has been open since September 2014, will be home to many athletes in those sports.

Target date to complete: Open September 2014, currently the new home of UTSC Department of Athletics and Recreation.

Size: 365,000-square-feet or about five football fields.

Construction: Includes two internationally sanctioned 10-lane, 50-metre pools (including bulkheads); a 5-metre deep diving tank with 3-metre, 5-metre, 7.5-metre and 10-metre platforms; and dry-land dive training facilities.

Budget: The Government of Canada contributed $114.9 million of the $205.1 million total budget for the Aquatic Centre and Field House

$20 – $70 for the preliminary sessions
$35 – $140 for the medal sessions

Location: 875 Morningside Ave.

Accessibility: The building is 100 percent accessible. Entrances and pathways are accessible, as are dressing rooms and lockers, washrooms and showers.. The viewing area incorporates accessible seating. The pool has an accessible ramp and lifts.
