A man has been charged with second-degree murder after a stabbing.
The incident occurred on the evening of Sept 22 in the Neilson Road. and Oakmeadow Boulevard area. Police say two men were involved in an altercation that escalated, culminating in the fatal stabbing.
The victim, Fernley Edmund, 30, was found in his car by police. He was later pronounced dead in hospital.
Reg Spring, 31, surrendered to police in the early hours of Sept. 23. He was scheduled to appear in court the same day.
