A 36-year-old daycare supervisor has been charged with sexual assault after a investigation into incident that occurred from 2009 to 2010.
The man sexually assaulted a boy who was five or six years old at the time at Not Your Average daycare, according to Toronto police.
Gianni (John) Pate is scheduled to appear in court in November.
