Toronto police released pictures this morning of a man linked to four bank robberies. The crimes occurred between Jan. 30 and Feb. 25 at four locations in Hamilton and downtown Toronto.

Three of the pictures, retrieved from security footage, show a man wearing baseball caps with a sport logo. Though the images are not clear, investigators believe they show the same person.

It took a while to release the images as locating the security cameras and finding the footage is “not a simple process,” Const. Jenifferjit Sidhu said.

According to the police press release, a man would wait in queue before handing the teller a note that stated he had a handgun and demanded money.

The man is believed to be 35 to 45 years old, to be about 6 feet tall, and to have a thin moustache.
