A male cyclist is suffering life-threatening injuries after colliding with a vehicle at Bathurst Street and Sheppard Avenue West.
Police were called to the intersection at 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
“When they got there they discovered a man was struck and trapped under a vehicle,” police spokesperson Const. Victor Kwan said.
Emergency vehicles transported the cyclist to a trauma centre, according to Kwan. The cyclist is now receiving treatment for his injuries.
Kwan said that there is no information about the driver at this time.
