What keeps Millennials up at night?

Centennial College campaigns for mental health of millennials in the workplace

On the night of March 31, Centennial College’s Story Arts Centre hosted Up All Night: a 12-hour event for mental health in the workplace that lasted well into the morning.

Up All Night was organized by Centennial Public Relations students and their professor Donna Lindell. The aim was to create conversations about the mental health of millennials as they transition into the workforce.

The concept began as a school-wide project in collaboration with Civic Action with mental health as this year’s theme.

The ultimate goal of the evening was to raise funds to install a yellow Friendship Bench on the Story Arts campus for those suffering from depression or other illnesses.
