Arrest made following fatal hit-and-run

One man is dead and another is facing a list of charges after a fatal hit-and-run near the intersection of Kennedy Road and Eglinton Avenue early Sunday morning. Shortly before 1 a.m. on Oct. 20, a man in his early 20s walking in the area was hit by a pickup truck, which then fled, police say.
