West Hill basketball team eliminated in semi–finals
After a perfect 7–0 season, the West Hill senior boys basketball team was eliminated from the city championships in the semi–finals by Eastern Commerce Saints, 73–57.

Mowat girls eliminated from volleyball semi–finals
After a nine–game winning streak, the junior girls volleyball team from Sir Oliver Mowat lost in the city semi–finals. Riverdale beat Mowat in two sets and will advance to the finals.

Badminton season is underway
With basketball and volleyball finals nearing conclusion, the badminton season is ready to begin at Mother Teresa to fill the void. The season began on Feb. 12, but Mother Teresa’s first game will be on Feb. 28 against Cardinal Newman. Teresa has only three games this season, concluding on March 26.

Gaels blow out West Hill

Mowat Gaels senior boys hockey team continues their 10 game unbeaten streak by blowing out West Hill. The Gaels sit on top of their division going into the playoffs. They look forward to their first playoff game on Feb. 27.
