Suspect wanted in Rouge Park smash-and-snatch
Police are looking for a woman in connection to recent incidents of thefts from vehicles in the Rouge Park Campground, 7450 Kingston Road. The victims of the thefts were away from their parked cars for only a short period of time when their vehicles were vandalized and property was stolen. Call 416 808-4207.

Ladies in uniform wanted
If you are a female and interested in a law enforcement career with Toronto Police Services, there will be a session on Saturday April 26, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Humber College, 3199 Lakeshore Boulevard West. Gym attire is required. Call 416 808-JOIN.

Friendly competition between teens and police
43 Division held a floor hockey tournament at Woburn Collegiate, 2222 Ellesmere Road this past Tuesday. Police officers and students from divisional high schools competed against each other. The tournament is meant to promote a positive image of police working with youth and schools. It is funded by ProAction Cops and Kids, a charitable organization providing funding for Toronto Police Service Programs for youth at risk. Call 416 808-4300.

Mini Olympics for tots and cops
Police officers and over 500 Toronto high school students took part in a friendly competition this past Wednesday at The Hangar, Downsview Park. Events included beach volleyball, soccer, sand races, etc. This event was an effort to celebrate and promote interaction between students, staff and police involved in the Empowered Student Partnership Program (EPS).
