Jason Harrow, also known as Kardinal Offishall, started his tour in India on March 19.
He will perform in Mumbai, Delhi and other cities.
Born in Scarborough, Harrow is a rapper who has released two albums including Eye & I and Quest for fire.
His biggest hit, “Dangerous,” which featured Akon, has topped US charts.
