TTC fare hike sparks protest

There will be an organized protest against the Toronto Transit Commission fare hike by residents in Orton Park, Galloway and Kingston Road areas.

The protest will take place on Dec. 9, at a community meeting. It will be located at 4117 Lawrence Ave .at 7 p.m.

The fares will go up for adults from $2.75 to $3.00. The fare increase will start in January.
