Short-handed Bulls handle Raptors - The Toronto Observer
Despite being without Joakim Noah (flu), Kyle Korver (sore left foot), and Carlos Boozer (broken toe), the Chicago Bulls were still able to get past the Toronto Raptors 110-103 in pre-season action Wednesday night at the Air Canada Centre. The Bulls (3-4) were also short up the middle, starting rookie Omer Asik at centre, but their scorers Luol Deng and Derrick Rose managed to pick apart Toronto’s defence. For the third straight game, the Raptors (3-4) went with their likely starting five that will begin the season next week, but it wasn’t enough to stop the speedy Chicago transition game.
