An hour after polls closed the numbers for TCDSB Ward 7 (Scarborough/North York) had not budged since the early results.
Incumbent John Del Grande remains ahead of his only competitor, Michael Issa, with 69 per cent of the votes.
Del Grande’s father, Mike Del Grande, has already been elected as councillor for Ward 39 (Scarborough-Agincourt).
There are still six polls yet to report in TCDSB Ward 7.
