Scarborough Town Centre re-opening celebration, Nov. 17

The Scarborough Town Centre, which opened in 1972, is set to unveil its new look on Nov. 17 with a re-opening celebration.

The new location of Scarborough’s Walk of Fame will be revealed, as will the winner of the mall’s online Live it Up contest and a drastically different Santa’s Village.

This is the first upgrade of the mall since the 1980’s.
