The Eighth Annual New Year’s Eve Family Countdown event kicks off 2011 with a Justin Bieber tribute and a “Kid’s Countdown.”

The party runs Dec. 31 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
