A 20-year-old man is dead and two men are facing first-degree murder charges after a shooting late Saturday night.
Police were called to the Neilson Road and Sheppard Avenue area on Feb. 26 at around 11 p.m. due to reports of gun shots.
Investigators found a man on Blackwater Crescent suffering from gunshot wounds, police said. Joel Waldron, 20, of Toronto, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jordon Mendez, 18, and Shamaree Wilson, 19, both of Toronto, were arrested by officers from 42 Division and face first-degree murder charges.
They were set to appear in court Feb. 28.
