Scarborough election map remains red

Scarborough citizens have not voted for change this election. Instead they stayed with the Liberal party which also owned Scarborough in the 2007 election.

With most polls having reported, Scarborough is poised to remain red for the next four years federally.

Both the Progressive Conservatives and New Democrats were shut out.

PC candidate Gary Ellis, dubbed their star candidate, was thoroughly bettered by Liberal Margaret Best in Scarborough-Guildwood.
