Police are looking for approximately 15 men in connection with the robbery and assault of an 18-year-old man at Pape and Cosburn avenues in East York on Oct. 16.
Police say three vehicles approached the victim while he was walking in the area at 2:20 a.m. The muggers got out of their vehicles and began to punch and kick the man in the face, police report, causing him to lose consciousness. They stole the victim’s wallet and fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The man was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries. The suspects are described only as male.
