Police are seeking a suspect in connection with a hit and run accident on Oct. 29. The incident happened in a McDonald’s parking lot at Lawrence Ave. and Kingston Rd. when a 40-year-old man was struck and dragged by the car.
The victim and a 27-year-old woman got into a dispute with a passenger from another car around 2:45 a.m. in the drive-through. Police say a fight broke out and the woman was assaulted by the driver of the other car. The suspect then got into his car and hit the victim, dragging him in the parking lot.
The victim was taken to Sunnybrook hospital after the incident.
