Scarborough Titans Fusion girls volleyball team claim championship

The Scarborough Titans Volleyball Club (STVC) 15U Fusion girls were victorious at the invitational tournament they hosted on Nov. 12 at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC).

The London Spiking Sharks, Georgetown Impact, Niagara Rapids and Burlington Blaze were some of the participating teams in the tournament.

With six matches per team, Fusion started off strong with only one loss, taking the team straight to the finals against the Niagara Rapids.  Fusion beat the Rapids in the first set 25-18 and lost the second match 26-24.  Fusion came back strong in the third with a win of 16-14, claiming the championship.
