Scarborough muggers still on the loose

Toronto police are looking for two male suspects after a mugging near Scarborough Town Centre on Jan. 31.

The 27-year-old female victim reported that she was talking on her cell phone when two males approached her from behind and snatched her cell phone before fleeing down Progress Avenue and Brimley Road. She was uninjured.

Police have asked the public to remain on the lookout for these muggers and to help identify them.

The first suspect is described as male, 15-17 years old, five feet four inches tall with short black hair and a thin build. The second suspect is described as male, 15-17 years old, five feet tall with curly black hair and a thin build.
