Scarborough man suffers minor injuries after robbery

Police are asking for help identifying three men in connection with a robbery.

According to police, on March 18 at 11:30 p.m., a 48-year-old man was approached by three men while walking near Lawrence Avenue East and Orton Park Road. One of the suspects spoke to the man before hitting him and pushing him to the ground, police said.

According to police, the other two suspects stole the victim’s wallet. The three suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction, police said. The victim has a few minor injuries.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 17 to 19 years old, 5-7 to 5-9 feet tall, 161 to 180 lbs., medium build, with long, black hair in dreadlocks. The second suspect is described as a black male, 17 to 19 years old, 5-7 to 5-9 feet tall, 161 to 180 lbs., medium build. The third suspect is described as a black male, 17 to 19 years old, 5-7 to 5-9 feet tall, 161 to 169 lbs., medium build.
