On March 15, a 19-year-old student at UTSC was studying in the Bladen Wing.  He got up and left his computer for what he felt was mere seconds and his laptop was stolen. However, he had installed a program that allowed him to track his device. Police were able to recover his laptop and charge Ming Chong, 18, of Markham with theft and possession of stolen goods. Chong will appear in court on May 4.
