Arrests made in murder of Scarborough rapper

Two men have been arrested and a nation-wide warrant has been issued for a woman in connection with the murder of Scarborough rapper, Anthony Spencer.

Spencer was shot in the head with a single bullet during a robbery outside a Scarborough recording studio on Brimley Road south of Lawrence Avenue East on Jan. 21.
