A 23-year-old man was shot during an altercation with police in Scarborough at around 12:15 a.m. on April 25.
Police were searching a house on Wainfleet Drive when they had what the Special Investigations Unit describe as an “interaction” with the man.
He was shot in the leg but injuries are not life threatening, police report.
