A gas leak near the Eglinton Go Station has forced a disruption of service heading into the evening rush hour.

According to media reports, service on the Lakeshore East line was suspended at about 12:30 p.m.
GO train service between the Danforth and Rouge Hill stations isn’t running.
Rush hour commuters on the Lakeshore East line will likely be affected by the delay, said Metrolinx spokesperson Vanessa Thomas. But as of 3:20 p.m., partial train service between Pickering and Oshawa has resumed.
According to GO, access to the north parking lot at the Eglinton station has been closed as emergency services investigate the leak.
GO is operating shuttle buses between the Scarborough and Pickering stations.
Trains on the Stouffville line will be stopping at Danforth and Scarborough GO stations.
