Security is expected to be tight for the regular monthly meeting of Toronto city council as a motion to get rid of Mayor Rob Ford is on the agenda. Introduced by Coun. Denzil Minnan-Wong, the motion has been placed as one of the mayor’s key items, which means Ford wants to debate the issue, and will likely speak.
