Rob Ford has withdrawn his name from the Toronto mayoral election, according to multiple sources.
The incumbent mayor has been plagued by scandal and has been trailing in the polls. On Wednesday, he disclosed that he has an abdominal tumour and he’s waiting for results of a biopsy to determine whether it’s cancerous.
