Police have arrested a man suspected of committing three sexual assaults on the 100C Flemingdon Park Bus in East York.

Ahmad Ayoubi, 35, was arrested today after police released a photo and asked the public to help identify him.

Ayoubi was arrested in connection with two incidents.

The first assaults happened on Oct. 21 when a 31-year-old woman boarded the bus at Broadview Station, police say. During her ride, a man reportedly stood behind her and sexually assaulted her.

After she moved away, the woman saw the man get behind and sexually assault another woman, police say.

On Nov. 13, the same 31-year-old woman boarded another Flemingdon Park bus and saw the same man sexually assault another woman, police say.

Ayoubi is charged with two counts of sexual assault.

Police say they believe there may be more victims.
