Toronto Police 22 Division’s latest Catch-22 most wanted is Clive Callaway, 43.
He is wanted for fraud under $5000, unauthorized use of a credit card and three counts of possession of identity documents.

Catch-22 is a program that was launched in February 2013 by 22 Division. It publishes the names, pictures, and reports of crimes of Etobicoke’s most wanted.
