The Power Plant unveiled its newest exhibition to kick off the New Year. It’s called “The Unfinished Conversation: Encoding and Decoding.” As Observer TV News’ Braydon Holmyard reports, it’s an homage to a famous Jamaican-born British sociologist, Stuart Hall, who died exactly a year ago.
