A 31-year-old woman is wanted for multiple crimes after a car accident, police say.

Police are seeking her for the theft of a motor vehicle, two counts of assault with a weapon, dangerous driving and failure to remain and comply with recognizance.

The woman allegedly was driving a car that ear-ended a stopped vehicle on March 14 and when the driver and passenger of the hit vehicle got out of their car to exchange information, the other driver accelerated forward, hitting both of them.

The driver was last seen driving eastbound on Dupont Street, police say.

Toronto Police were called for a fail-to-remain crash at Lansdowne Avenue near Dupont Street at about 3.30 p.m.

Police are seeking Annatby (Anna) Ditthavong, described as 5-foot-2, 97 lbs., with a tan complexion, a thin build and long hair.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police at 416-808-1100 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
