Man, 43, facing child exploitation charges

Charged after child porn found during house search, police say

Toronto Police have arrested a 43-year-old man, based on allegations of child exploitation.

Police say a Toronto man had b en trying to access images and videos of sexually abused children and child Exploitation officers executed a search through a home last Thursday, finding the pornographic material.

Patrick O’Malley is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, as well as charges related to accessing and downloading illegal pornographic material.

He is scheduled to appear in court on April 2.
