20-year-old artist making a new start in Toronto

Making a mixtape and creating his own clothing line from scratch

He makes music and clothing from scratch. His music has been described as poetry with ’90s hip hop beats.

Meet Daniel Byrne (aka Buster Brown). Byrne is a 20-year-old artist, producer and entrepreneur who moved to Toronto less than a year ago. Byrne, who originally hails from a small township in Peterborough called Selwyn, made his dream of moving to Toronto come true in January and has since been on an ambitious creative path.

Byrne, who started rapping a year-and-a half ago, recently released a mixed tape called Foreword Poetry and he founded his own clothing line called Atlantik Apparel, featuring tie dye shirts, a line of hoodies, and basketball and baseball jerseys.
