An Uber driver has turned himself in to police in connection with an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

According to police, a 20-year-old woman was in an Uber vehicle in the Queen Street West and Peter Street area on Jan. 27 at 3 a.m. when the driver sexually assaulted her.
Syed Husain, 26, has been charged with sexual assault, forcible confinement and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Husain is to appear in court at Old City Hall on March 7.
