The Maple Leafs kicked off their 2019-2020 campaign Wednesday night with a 5-to-3 win against the Ottawa Senators.
Several changes happened in the Leafs’ defensive lineup over the summer, including the addition of Tyson Barrie, who had a spectacular first game with six shots on goal and two assists.
New additions Rasmus Sandin, and Ilya Mikheyev also impressed with both getting an assist and Mikheyev adding a goal in the third period.
Jonathan Chan, Thomas Williams, and Marcus Rebelo break down the action from opening night.
