Canada added a gold and silver medal Wednesday in Para Swim thanks to impressive performances from Nicholas Bennett, and Reid Maxwell.
Five Canadian women were also in the pool.

It is the second Paralympics for the 25-year-old Routliffe, who missed the Games at Tokyo in 2021 due to a back injury. She made an emotional return during the 200m individual medley last Saturday, taking home a silver medal.
Routliffe will be back in the pool Thursday for the 100m breaststroke.
