called on commuters to demand more funding from their local city councillors for the TTC in the 2020 city budget. It took place in five subway stations: Dufferin, Kennedy, Lawrence West, St. George and Coxwell, between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., except at St. George, where it took place in the morning between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
On Nov. 19, Scarborough Councillors discussed the future of Kennedy subways’ parking lot at a Scarborough council meeting.
Signal problems on the Scarborough RT line suspended service during the morning’s rush hour on Sept. 26. There was no service on the Scarborough RT line from Kennedy to McCowan due to signal problems at Lawrence East, according to the TTC.
