Community engagement key for Congress of Black Women of Canada

Once a month, in a staff room at Holy Spirit Catholic School, the Scarborough chapter of The Congress of Black Women of Canada meets. Their goal is to motivate black women to participate in and contribute to the communities in which they live. At Thursday’s meeting the women focused on their upcoming community projects.
