Toronto's mayor, Rob Ford, admits to reporters at city hall that he has smoked crack. This admission comes after a vague apology Ford gave on his radio show Sunday where he apologized to his family, his council colleagues and his voters.

It is has been nearly a month since the G20 rocked Toronto, but the events have not been forgotten. Accusations of detainee mistreatment, police brutality, and civil rights violations have been circulating since the summit weekend and continue to arise.

The Toronto Police Services Board approved an independent review of police tactics during the G20 Summit at its meeting on Tuesday.
